When visiting the NetFrog website for the first time I was
slightly disappointed with the appearance that it had. It looked like it hadn't
been touched since the website was first launched in 2002 which is a disappointment
as with some work on the appearance it could be a much better website.
However the purpose of this website is to be able to dissect
a frog online with added information which it does very well. This website
would be a great starting point for someone who wants to dissect their first
frog with all of the in-depth information it provides it would allow them to go
into their real dissection knowing exactly what to do in the right order. Also
this website is useful to students who may be slightly squeamish and do not
want to dissect a real life frog and instead go for a lighter experience whilst
still getting the most out of their experience. Online simulations are a great
idea. They may not give the same feelings that dissecting would give In real
life however some dissections may cost a lot of money to do and with websites
like these it makes it a lot safer and cheaper to do.
